Return Policy

Exchange Policy

We do not issue refunds. However, you may receive a store credit for certain eligible items (items other than sale items and items marked as final sale)

Customer is responsible for shipping items eligible for store credit to: Dawood Boutique, 16840 Kercheval Avenue, Grosse Pointe, Michigan 48230.

Once received, Dawood Boutique will inspect the items and, once approved, will process your store credit.

Timeframe

All items being returned must be received by Dawood Boutique within 14 days of the day that customer receives the item (whether in store or shipped to customer).

New Items Only

Tags must be attached, and clothing in new, unworn or unaltered condition (this includes make-up & deodorant stains, perfume, smoke or any other type of stain).

Dawood Boutique will not accept any worn, washed or un-tagged items.

Shipping Damage

Any defective items OR items damaged in shipping transit can be returned for a refund. It is solely up to the judgment of Dawood to determine whether or not an item has in fact, been damaged during transit and/or is in fact, defective.
